My name is Leona Tremont, I have over 14 years in the food and beverage industry. I am a dedicated Chef that loves the creation of delicious food formed into a work of art. I currently am a Chef at Costa Cucina locate in the IP Casino in Biloxi, Ms. I have an AAS degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and AAS degree in Culinary Arts. I'm working on BS in Culinary Mangement. I have been catering for 4 years and I have done some very unique events. I can also arrange a schedule as your personal chef as well.
